Er. I.D. Bhardwaj began his professional career in 2003 and worked for seven years with leading multinational companies, including Nippon Koei of Japan and Longjian of China, gaining extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure design, planning, and project execution.
Independent Professional Practice
He began working independently as a technical services provider across Himachal Pradesh, handling planning, engineering, and technical consultancy assignments.
Establishment of Sharma Infratech
Sharma Infratech was formally established, initially specialising in approvals and residential projects, including MC and TCP permissions, along with technical consultancy and planning services.
Petroleum Retail-Outlet Access Permissions
The firm significantly expanded its expertise in National Highway Access Permission consultancy, becoming one of the only dedicated consultants in Himachal Pradesh for petroleum retail outlet approvals — site feasibility studies, technical drawings and layouts, NHAI coordination, and complete documentation.
Commercial & Residential NH Permissions
Building on its experience in petroleum infrastructure, the company expanded its NH Access Permission services to include commercial developments, residential properties, wayside amenities, and land surveying services across Himachal Pradesh.
Construction Division
Operations were expanded into the construction sector, providing end-to-end project execution for residential, commercial, industrial, and petroleum infrastructure developments.
Geotechnical Laboratory
